Fundi upskilling through partnerships

At Fixo Solutions Limited, our mission is to up-skill and equip our handymen to provide excellent services to our customers. To achieve this, we conduct regular training and onboarding sessions before integrating them into our e-hailing platform. This approach allows our handymen to acquire essential hard and soft skills, significantly enhancing their practical experience.

We recognize that we cannot accomplish this alone. We are grateful for our wonderful, mission- aligned partners who assist us in imparting these vital practical skills. Their support enriches the onboarding experience for our handymen and enhances their overall service delivery.

We had the pleasure of hosting Apex Steel Ltd during one of our onboarding sessions. The feedback from our cohort of plumbers has been overwhelmingly positive, reinforcing our belief that we are on the right track.
